The Restoration of Woman In Christ… Is about women being restored to their original purpose and state that God intended before the fall of mankind. This restoring work was accomplished by Jesus Christ's death, burial and resurrection. The Apostle Peter declared this restoring work with the first outpouring of the Holy Spirit: "And he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you: Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution (restoration) of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began." (Acts 3:20-21 KJV) What is God restoring? The Greek is much more expressive concerning this definition. Restoration: the restoration not only of the true theocracy but also of that more perfect state of (even physical) things which existed before the fall, Acts iii.21 [605 Thayer's Greek-English Lexicon Of The New Testament] God is restoring everything back to the way that He originally intended for it to be from the beginning. Even though this work was finished when Jesus died on the cross, it takes time for believers to learn, understand and receive all that He died to give us. The Church must receive all that the Lord wants to restore to us, including that which is given to women. It is not just men that receive an inheritance in Christ, but also women as well for the scriptures declare, "You are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus, for all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male nor female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus. If you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise." - Galatians 3:26-29 (NIV) Women, as well as men, were created in God's image and likeness and to have dominion in the earth alongside men for God said, "Let us make man in our image, in our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over all the earth, and over all the creatures that move along the ground.
